Faith has 33 years of experience in intensive care, medical-surgical care and nursing supervision. This has given her a well-rounded knowledge base to help members in their time of need. Since 2018, Faith has been working with employer groups to help achieve better health outcomes for their employees. It is a career she absolutely loves.

After a decade of experience brokering benefits, Adam Berkowitz launched Simpara in the fall of 2016. Adam has been accepted as a Charter Member of the Health Rosetta Institute, the mission of which is to drive down healthcare costs by aligning employer and advisor incentives, value-based care, transparency and more. Companies routinely experience savings of 20-50% leveraging Simpara’s strategies to provide better health care and benefits.

Karen is a proven health care executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership within the health care industry. Karen continues her passion as a consultant and patient/doctor advocate. She founded Our Stories Rx as an interactive storytelling platform that brings together patients, community clinicians, independent pharmacists and local employers who are being harmed by predatory pharmaceutical benefit management practices.

James is the Executive Vice President of Public Affairs. He works with ERIC members to develop and advance public policies to support their ability to design and administer health plans, including legislative and regulatory advocacy at the federal, state, and local levels. James has broad experience across the health care policy spectrum, including insurance, coverage, innovation, benefits, and many more.

Following the passing of the Affordable Care Act, Bryce joined forces under a merger with multiple other independently owned insurance firms throughout Ohio to form IEN Risk Management Consultants, LLC where he is currently acting CEO and Managing Partner. He is a forward-thinking antagonist of the traditional healthcare system where his key objective is helping employer populations achieve better health outcomes correlating to lower and more sustainable long-term costs.

David is the Managing Partner at Alera Group. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and a Certified Health Rosetta Advisor. David is credentialed as a Registered Health Underwriter and Group Benefits Associate.

Rachel is a self-funded employer benefits plan expert and thought leader. She was hired as a producer by a well known firm and began growing a block of business she purchased when she launched her own company. Her primary role as CEO is to help each client assess their own goals and deliver on the EBC promise of achieving those goals, while saving money and improving benefit richness at the same time.

Katy is a licensed health benefits consultant, veteran health care reformer, epidemiologist, and thought leader. She quarterbacks AllBetter’s nationwide, custom-curated partnerships of advisors, actuaries, member services teams and analytics gurus to deliver on the AllBetter client promise: significant savings, more generous benefits, and happier employees.

Terry is a passionate advocate for patients with cancer and other serious diseases. Terry and her team engage the patient community, along with physicians, health policy experts and allied healthcare professions, to develop realistic, solution-oriented discussions so those with life-threatening and chronic disease will have a voice in shaping policies that will improve access to quality care.
